One night i was on a ride along with one of our officers and we were going
to stop a vehicle in a high prostitution area of our city.As we turned the
lights on to stop the car,the driver floored it and we were in pursuit.The
chase lasted about 45 minutes with speeds reaching 110 mph on the highway.The
chase was getting very dangerous by know,the shift commander called the chase
off,and right after he called it off the vehicle crashed and the driver was
ejected from the car,and as we got up to the driver we rolled him on to his
stomach and found that he had skided on the highway on his butt,and it tore
the back of his pants off.So the moral of this story is,All ways ware your
seat belt
